I have just started my 5th week of rolling out of bed at 4AM to get in my first of two workouts per day at least 4 days per week. So far Friday, Saturday and Sunday have been single workouts and what I would consider more rest day workouts. I can thank the pandemic...

That is the best description of how it is here in the North-East right now. The entire weekend has been that way. Saturday did a 40 mile bike ride and I think the temperature peaked during our ride at around 103, so it was HOT! Today we will see temps as high as 110...
